Poldare is a well-equipped and beautifully designed holiday home which boasts an enviable cliff top location with breath-taking views over the Atlantic Ocean!
Recently redecorated, this 4 bedroom Kiwi Beach House is perfectly positioned right on the South West Coastal Path and Tamara Coast to Coast Way, making it within easy reach of fabulous local Blue Flag awarded beaches.
The stunning views over the North Cornwall coastline are not all this house has to offer. Sleeping 8 over 4 bedrooms, families will really appreciate the bunk beds and the versatility of the zip and link beds, providing an option of super-king or twin in 2 of the bedrooms.
Perfect for families and friends the large open plan living area is home to the luxury kitchen which has been appointed with quality appliances, dining area and lounge.
The private garden backs on to open farmland and has a large lawn which is perfect for games, and a lovely patio area with a garden table and BBQ.
Please note that the property allows a max. of 2 dogs per stay and there is a surcharge of £35.00 per dog.

A Note from The Owner
We hope you enjoy your stay and the little touches of a kiwi bach at Poldare. We highly recommend starting your day at the Electric Bakery in Bude for your morning coffee and baked goods, grab a loaf of their bread for a picnic on the beach later. We enjoy the short drive on a Saturday morning to Tamar Lakes for park run or if the kids are up for it the junior park run by the Bude canal on a Sunday morning. The coastal path just outside the house takes you left towards Widemouth Bay (around 20 minutes walk). The local fish shop is a handy place to stock up on fresh fish and local produce. If you take the coastal path from the house to the right towards Bude (around 50 minutes walk) you’ll drop down into Summerleaze Beach which is a lovely safe sandy beach for families and surfers alike, excellent crabbing with the added bonus of the Bude sea pool. North Coast Wine is a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee, glass of wine or bottle to take home to end your day while you enjoy the stunning sunsets at Poldare.
