What an amazing property, we booked last minute for the Easter weekend and we're not disappointed. Extremely dog friendly our pooch loved the grounds, stunning views you could sit for hours looking out at it and spotless. Can not wait to return. Lovely locals in the village pub made us feel really welcome.

We loved staying at Trevean. Fabulous home. Spotlessly clean. Everything in home that we needed. Wonderful views off veranda across the countryside. Trevean is in a lovely little village, so peaceful and the pub 2 minutes away is a great place to enjoy a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house,it was very comfortable very clean and had everything you need. Amazing views from the large balcony which spans the entire width of the house. such a relaxing location to chill and recharge, with the added bonus of your own private field, which our dog loved.
Recommended the local pub 5min walk that does excellent food, also recommend a visit to Fowey , looe ,boscastle and Port Issac....we spent a day in each, so beautiful you wont be disappointed. Communication with host was very smooth, we really appreciated the very generous welcome pack on arrival. Highly recommended this accommodation. Thank you.

Wonderful property, lovely location and views to die for. The property itself is modern and airy with a fantastic balcony to relax upon and enjoy a glass of vino (or two). It was spotlessly clean throughout, and there was even a thoughtful welcome basket. I would also recommend the local pub which has great food and local sales/produce. What a stunning view and fabulous deck to relax on. It really deserves its 5 star rating. Our fur baby loved running around at the bottom of the block. Alice also left a whole lot goodies and a bottle of Prosecco in the gift box on the bench top. She didn’t forget Simba our dog either. We highly recommend their place! It has a Wow factor. And it was extra good to have a second bathroom for our daughter. Thank you very much!

This place was special. The view was incredible and therapeutic. The location was perfect in regards to things nearby. Just far enough away to feel like you have the space needed to rest and recharge. Alice was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The space was modern and minimal. A beautiful home recently renovated to a very high standard with a huge house wide balcony with stunning views! The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed for a great weeks stay in Cornwall. This is somewhere you’ll really look forward to coming back to after a day exploring the delights of Cornwall. Alice and Luke were excellent hosts, really helpful and quick to respond messages. Beautiful! Second time staying here it’s that nice! Unfortunately this time round it ended up raining so not much sun bathing on the balcony for me, the sun ended coming out right when we had to check out (sign to never leave). We can’t wait until we can stay here again! Hopefully next time it will be sunny for us, the balcony is soo private I just want to sunbathe all day!

Absolutely stunning place! It doesn’t look much from the front but the wow factor is at the back where a huge private balcony spans the whole house with stunning views from the kitchen and bathroom. This place has everything, comfy beds, great shower, whirlpool bath and it’s perfect if you want to keep yourself to yourself as you just let yourself in with a key safe. Alice was still on hand though to answer any queries. Minions is only 5 mins away and a definite must for a visit. I’ll definitely be back 🙂

The balcony and views here are incredible, our dogs also loved the huge private field. This is a lovely house in a beautiful village great for walkers or cyclists or generally visiting Cornwall. Really enjoyed our weekend family break. Ideally located close to the beach and cafes, plus only a short drive to Bude. Accommodation had plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 children and a dog. Plenty of space for 2 cars to park as well. Overall, the property was in excellent condition with great amenities. We experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues with one of the showers and the washing machine, but this didn’t cause too much of an inconvenience. Breakwater Holidays responded quickly when we reported the issues and I’m sure they will have fixed them in time for the next guests. Definitely recommend a stay here.

It was a perfect stay for 8 of us. Everything was easy, functional and worked for a large family. The location is spot on: beautiful beach in Perranporth and lovely walks but also a very central location to visit other parts of Cornwall- maximum of just over an hour from most places!
