The open-plan living and dining area leads into a fully equipped kitchen, while outside a private enclosed garden with lawn, patio and BBQ provides a wonderful space to enjoy long summer evenings.
Dogs are welcome, and the surrounding area is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and anglers. The cottage sits close to the Tamara Way and is within walking distance of Lifton's pubs, restaurants, Post Office and the award-winning Strawberry Fields Farm Shop.
Perfectly located just five minutes from the A30, Leat Cottage offers easy access to Dartmoor National Park, the Tamar Valley, North Devon and the Cornish coast, making it an excellent base for exploring everything the South West has to offer.
