Number 15 is a superbly presented contemporary cottage in the heart of Bude! This newly refurbished character holiday cottage has been finished to an extremely high standard and is in such a convenient location for the town, beach, canal and all amenities – just park up, relax and enjoy your holiday in Bude! Located next to Bude Canal and just a 5 minute walk from both the town centre and Bude’s fabulous Summerleaze Beach.

This cottage offers a luxurious spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with ensuite shower/bath rooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The bright sunny open plan kitchen/living and dining area to the rear of the property overlooks the private fully enclosed garden which is a perfect sun trap! Its sizeable patio area make for some great outdoor living, with a range of outdoor furniture including table tennis and a charcoal BBQ along with an outside shower.

The modern kitchen is well appointed with two Neff ovens, hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with a small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet in the utility room.

There are two further reception rooms, one offers a snug sofa along with a TV and the other a quiet seating area.

The five bedrooms are arranged with three king size rooms and two twin rooms (which are zip-linkable to a king size bed on request).

Number 15 has its own off-road parking area for 3-4 cars which is located to the rear of the property.

There is not much that Bude can’t offer visitors, with it’s glorious coastline, excellent amenities and so much to see and do, it’s the perfect base for a family holiday!
